Admission Guide
The CN Yang Scholarship Programme invites applications from all students applying to NTU undergraduate programmes in science, technology, and mathematics (STEM) subjects with outstanding prior qualifications (Singapore-Cambridge GCE 'A' level, Local Polytechnic Diploma, NUS High School Diploma, IB Diploma, or equivalent).
The scholarship application form is integrated with NTU's online application system. Shortlisted candidates will also be invited for an in-person or online interview.
Application Process
- Complete the online application form for admission to NTU undergraduate degree programmes.
- In the application form, indicate your interest in the CN Yang Scholars Programme.
- After submitting the degree programme application, click on the Application for Scholarships link. You will be sent to another form to submit additional materials for the CN Yang Scholars Programme Scholarship (and/or any other NTU administered scholarships you wish to be considered for).
Here, you will be asked to submit an account of your personal achievements, a personal essay, and other materials. You will also be asked to supply a referee who can provide a reference for your application (via a provided URL).
You may skip step 3 if you intend to join the CN Yang Scholars Programme without the Scholarship (e.g., if you will be receiving financial support from an externally administered scholarship).
Shortlisted candidates will be notified for an interview.
