The definition of success has multiple levels. As a young person, you may still be uncertain about how to choose your future direction. While hesitating about the path ahead, CEO Lu will share his entrepreneurial story with us. In his twelve-year career at New Oriental Education, he will explain how he chose to embark on entrepreneurship and how he defined success. Young people need to find themselves and live according to their own wishes. Pursuing advanced success requires delaying gratification and taking leverage risks, achieving life goals and financial freedom through long-term efforts and risk-taking. Lu will share his rich life experience with us and exchange ideas with young students.
