Chocolate Tasting Class: Workshop on how to taste and talk about chocolate

Join us for a delicious chocolate tasting class! We’ll bring your chocolate kit to the class and guide your tasting, increasing your ability to communicate about food. 

Join our class led by chocolate and language experts for this delicious chocolate class! When you join the hour-long class, we will share the fascinating history of chocolate and how chocolate makers craft fair trade chocolate from scratch. Then, we’ll guide you through the best part: an extensive chocolate tasting that will change the way you eat chocolate (and maybe introduce you to a new favorite treat!), and the way you describe chocolate (like the aroma as nutty and the flavor as caramel and hazelnut). This class is interactive, so you’ll be able to ask questions, share your tasting thoughts, and compare with others in your class.
