Flagship Project 1: Multi Cancer Early Detection (MCED) Tests Clinical Trial

NCCS will conduct a clinical trial to comprehensively evaluate the benefits of MCED tests and use the evidence-based insights to assess the potential for integration into Singapore’s national screening programmes.

Flagship Project 2: The Cancer Risk Assessments and Early detection (CRAnE) Study

Individuals with metabolic dysfunction are at higher risk of developing common cancers, such as liver, colorectal, lung, and breast cancer. The CRAnE Study aims to test approaches to multi-cancer risk assessment in primary care, including the use of polygenic risk scores, to tailor screening and prevention advice. We are conducting an initial feasibility and acceptability study that will inform the design of a larger randomised controlled trial.
