Casting an eye on the future

On 11 April, it was announced that NTU Singapore and Imperial College London will successfully conclude their collaboration agreement to establish LKCMedicine as planned in 2028. This issue shares the news with our larger LKCMedicine community.

At the same time, we celebrate the one-year anniversary of Professor Joseph Sung’s appointment as LKCMedicine Dean. We hear from Prof Sung himself about his reflections on this significant milestone in a special message.

LKCMedicine Assistant Principal Lead (Psychiatry) Dr Lim Wen Phei also shares her thoughts on preventive measures or interventions that could help in caring for the mental health of healthcare workers in light of burnout and fatigue among them.
