Profile of the ideal PhD candidate

We are looking for applicants that have:

  • Strong GMAT or GRE score
  • Excellent GPA achieved in bachelor or master’s degree from internationally
    reputable universities
  • Strong quantitative background (e.g., solid grounding in statistics or applied econometrics)
  • Experience in computer programming or statistical software (e.g., R, STATA, SAS) would be a plus
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) skills in English
  • A well-written statement of research that reflects strong interest in and potential for research
  • Research experience in the field of strategy or international business or entrepreneurship (such as from pursuing a Master’s degree programme) will be a strong plus
