We are committed to making our conference accessible to everyone. We offer a limited number of registration fee waivers for attendees experiencing financial hardship, including early-career researchers, and those currently between jobs. Please email soh-whocares@ntu.edu.sg to apply.

Registration Policies

  • Accepted payment modes: Visa/Mastercard
  • Withdrawal and refund of registration fees:
    • Request to withdraw registration and refund will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the organising committee.
    • Approved refunds are subject to an admin fee of SGD$50.
    • Overseas bank charges shall be borne by the participant.
    • Withdrawals made AFTER 30 September 2026 are non-refundable.
  • The organising committee will not be facilitating claims to participants’ respective universities or organisations for reimbursements of conference fees. Participants are to bear responsibility for handling such claims directly.
