Winner for Graduate Oral Presentation Category at The Biomedical Engineering Society (BES) Scientific Meeting and The Young Persons' Lecture Competition

We are pleased to announce that Ms Vidya Chamundeswari Narasimhan, PhD student of Professor Joachim Loo, has received the following two awards:

 

  • Silver Award at the Graduate Oral Presentation Category at The Biomedical Engineering Society (BES
  • Scientific Meeting: Biodegradable Electro-Spun Scaffold Systems for Bone Tissue Applications
  • First Place in The Young Persons' Lecture Competition organized by The Institute of Materials (East Asia): Bone Tissue Scaffolds
Vidya will be fully sponsored to represent Singapore in The Young Person’s World Lecture Competition 2017 in Perth, Australia, in October 2017.
