Certificate for Poster Award

We would like to extend our warmest congratulations to Ms Hiew Shu Hui, who is a PhD student of Assistant Professor Ali Miserez, for winning the Best Poster Award at the 7th International Peptide Symposium 2015. The award was given based on her poster, entitled “A comprehensive bottom-up approach towards biomimicry: Modular peptide interactions of squid sucker ring teeth proteins with silk-like sequence”.

About the symposium
The International Peptide Symposium is an event organized every three years by a regional or national peptide society. The Singapore Peptide Society hosted the 7th International Peptide Symposium, which is the first to be held in Singapore. The goals of the symposium are to foster international collaborations among leading scientists from academic and industry communities, to share the current and frontier peptide research, and to build a closer working relationship of the international peptide communities.

Our heartiest congratulations on her excellent achievement!
