​Young Scientist Awards 2018 - Associate Professor Liu Zheng

​We are proud to share that Associate Professor Liu Zheng has won the prestigious Young Scientist Award 2018 under the Physical, Information and Engineering Sciences Category for his research on the synthesis of two-dimensional materials.
 
About the Award
The Young Scientist Awards (YSA), administered by the Singapore National Academy of Science (SNAS) and supported by A*STAR, were presented at the President’s Science and Technology Awards Ceremony on 25 September 2018. The award is presented to young researchers, aged 35 and below, who are actively engaged in R&D in Singapore, and who have shown great potential to be world-class researchers in their fields of expertise. Past winners from MSE include Assistant Professor Nripan Mathews in 2015 for his efforts in the development of novel electronic materials, devices and their fundamental optical and electronic exploration.
