About Asst Prof Qiao Yuan
Asst Prof Qiao’s research lies at the interface of chemistry and biology, focusing on elucidating the molecular cues used by the gut microbiota to communicate with the host. By developing innovative chemical strategies to profile and characterise microbiota-derived signalling molecules, her work aims to establish the mechanistic basis of microbiota-associated diseases.
