Executive Assessment
Why Take The Executive Assessment?
The Executive Assessment (EA) is a standardised test introduced in 2016 by Graduate Management Admissions Council (GMAC) for the more experienced candidates in mind.
We understand that as a busy working professional, you are juggling career,
family, and other commitments at the same time, leaving you very little time to prepare for a test. That is why the EA is designed to assess the core skills and aptitude that you have gained from your professional experience required to excel in the
PMBA programme.
Through the process of preparing and taking the test, you are ready for the rigours of the classroom. It also signals that you value learning and acquiring new skills, which are important indicators to the school of your commitment and readiness for the
programme.
Preparing for the Executive Assessment
The EA evaluates you on higher-order reasoning via three sections:
- Integrated Reasoning
- Verbal Reasoning
- Quantitative Reasoning
The EA is a highly valid and reliable test, with higher relevance to real-world skills, resulting in the quality of the cohort maintained.
Below briefly summarises the EA:
Designed For | Experienced Professionals |
Length | 90 mins / 40 questions |
Content | Integrated Reasoning Verbal Reasoning Quantitative Reasoning |
Preparation Required | Light (20-30 hours recommended) |
Score Range | 100-200 |
Test fee | USD 350 |
Max. no. of attempts | 2 |
Test availability | Pearson Vue Centres (600+ worldwide) |
To access sample questions and preparation tool kits for the EA, go to the GMAC website.
