A professional MBA is a part-time Master of Business Administration programme suitable for mid-career working professionals.
The Nanyang Professional MBA programme is conducted in-person over 18 months on alternate weekends.
Classes for the Nanyang Professional MBA are delivered across our dual campuses for convenience and enrichment.

The Nanyang Professional MBA only has one intake per year, which commences in July.
Admission
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3 years of full-time work experience
- *Competitive GMAT or GRE or Executive Assessment score (Candidates with 5 years or more of work experience have the option to submit an Executive Assessment (EA) instead of GMAT/GRE)
- TOEFL score ≥100 iBT; IELTS score ≥ 6.5 (if your undergraduate degree was not fully instructed in English)
* GMAT/GRE/EA may be waived, based on case-by-case basis upon review of individual application.
Candidates need to possess a recognised Bachelor's degree to be eligible for the Nanyang Professional MBA.
No, what we will recommend is to accumulate more years of experience before applying to the Nanyang Professional MBA.
Yes, if you can provide proof that you have been doing so for at least 2 years.
It is compulsory, though these test scores may be waived, based on case-by-case basis upon review of individual application.
It is compulsory if English was not the medium of instruction at the undergraduate level.

Yes, referee reports must be submitted via the application portal. Your referees can be:
- Immediate supervisors
- University instructors
- Business associates (for self-employed individuals)
S$100. The application fee is non-refundable.
Submitted applications will be reviewed and a notification email will be sent to you if your application is missing documents. Assessment begins after the application deadline of each round. You will be notified if you have been shortlisted for an interview within 4-6 weeks after the application deadline of the round which you applied to.
You will receive an e-mail notification to confirm receipt of your application.
Only shortlisted candidates will be required to go through an interview. You will be informed via e-mail if you have been shortlisted.
You will be informed of the admission decision by email, together with instructions on how to accept the admission offer.
For confidentiality purposes, we will not be able to provide feedback on rejected applications.
Subsidies and Scholarships

Yes, you may apply for more than one scholarship. Each candidate will only be awarded one scholarship. For the list of scholarships available, please click here.
Just check the box next to the scholarship of your choice in the application form for the scholarships available. Do note that for certain scholarships administered by external organisations, you would be required to submit an application directly to the organisation
Should you be awarded a scholarship, you will be notified approximately 2-3 weeks after admission closes for the cycle.
NTU does not offer student loans, however admitted participants of the Nanyang Professional MBA programme may apply for education loans with leading banks/institutions. For more details, please refer here.
