Biography
Anil Shukla is a motivated educator who continues to be highly engaged in the corporate world. He is co-founder and CFO of Asia's first independent Micro Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS) company in a global industry dominated by multinationals and research institutions.
Anil has a wealth of experience in Initial Public Offerings, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate governance, including initiating, leading, and developing cross-border finance, accounting, human resource, and organisational development strategies.
He also a proven track record of evaluating and analysing processes, market trends, and intelligence, along the way developing new growth opportunities, reducing operation costs, and improving competitive performance by raising funds and reducing operation costs.
