The degree certificate and official transcript are issued to graduates after their degrees have been conferred. For graduates who are unable to attend Convocation, the documents will be available for collection at One Stop @ SAC two weeks after the degree conferment date or within three working days after the end of Convocation respectively. They will be notified via their NTU email account.
