News | Lee Chih Horng: With denuclearisation of the Korean peninsula, North Korea could return to the six-party talks
On the Trump-Kim summit, NTU Singapore lecturer Lee Chih Horng (Lecturer, NTU Chinese) said as the divide in opinions between US and North Korea had been too great, the agreement signed between the two countries was not substantive in contents, nor was there any commitment made to end the Korean war. The possibility of restarting of the six-party talks would be of concern in the future, as with how the two countries will build a new relationship.
