| Event write-up | Global values and pluralistic actors are two cornerstones of global governance. The global cities carrying global value have become important actors in providing global public materials during the difficult period of global governance. The global cities follow the path of its development and participate in global governance in three dimensions: by supporting their capabilities, providing global governance with economic, talent advantages and rich political practices; in terms of institutional building, they establish city networks and contribute institutional solutions; by standardizing the guide, shaping the public spirit and global community awareness. These have affected the global cities of China. As the "globalising cities", they strive to achieve self-expression of the Chinese global cities by building the relationship pattern, the experience system and creating the ethos in the global governance system, and then making its own contribution to enriching the global governance view of China. |
