On 5th September 2018, the School celebrated our administrative colleagues for jobs well done in their respective areas of service. In particular, the following awards were given out:

Best Leadership: Ms. Carol Yap (HR)
Best Teamwork: Ms. Shannen Teo, Ms. Siti Sulaiha Bte Kamsani, and Ms. Gowri d/o Maruthan (Language and Communication Centre)

Promptly responds to matters, works quickly, is helpful and very friendly. She deserves to be a role-model for all NTU staff. Pei Wen is always courteous, ready to help, and very prompt and efficient in replying to faculty or MSOs who have issues with the systems, be it BTS, ICS and especially P2P. |
| Best Leadership | Ms. Carol Yap (Human Resources) Excerpts of nominations Carol shows her leadership skills whenever it comes to organizing meetings and arranging a team to perform a task. She is organized and efficient. Carol is an excellent leader. She is inspiring to her staff and confident in leading her team. She also empowers her staff to deliver clearly set objectives. |
| Best Teamwork | Language and Communication Centre team Ms. Shannen Teo, Ms. Siti Sulaiha Bte Kamsani, and Ms. Gowri d/o Maruthan Excerpts of nomination They are a dynamic team that provides consistent and excellent service and support to all faculty in the LCC (around 30 teaching faculty!) and provide excellent support to some 8000 students across NTU. This team serves us with promptitude, excellent attitude and facilitate our teaching of the students. They work well together, covering each other without complaining and often serving us seamlessly. |
