Congratulations! | Philosophy Alumni receives offers for further studies at prestigious programmes
Sharad Pandian, who was a Project Manager on A/Prof Teru Miyake’s research project has received offers from prestigious graduate programmes in UK and USA. Sharad was a Physics Major who did a Second Major in Philosophy, and graduated from NTU a few years ago.
He has received offers from the Pittsburgh PhD program in History and Philosophy of Science (commonly acknowledged as the best program of its kind in the world), the MPhil in History and Philosophy of Science at Cambridge (which will include a prestigious Gates Scholarship), the Oxford BPhil in Philosophy, and Virginia Tech PhD Program in Philosophy. He is also on the waitlist for PhD programs in Philosophy at Duke University and University of North Carolina.
