Product/Proposal: Under the conversational insurance track, the team built AI agentic systems that transform travel insurance into a seamless conversational journey. They also designed an AI insurance chatbot platform to transform insurance purchase into a seamless and conversational process.
Description: With the platform, one can carry out a few things. Firstly, one can upload PDF and images regarding flight tickets and itinerary which automatically retrieves travel information for seamless information upload. Secondly, it uses voice chat to verbally purchase insurance for travels and lastly, it recommends tiered insurance plans based on the travel activity and destination.
