Renishaw InVia Reflex Raman Spectrometer

  • 514 nm, 633 nm and 785 nm excitation sources
  • Class 3B enclosure
  • DM 2500 Leica Microscope with 5X, 20X, 50X and long working distance 50X objectives, and Blue Fox Video Camera
  • Motorized XYZ stage, with travel range X > 100 mm, Y > 70 mm
  • Gratings: 1800 lines mm-1 and 1200 lines mm-1, with spectra repeatability ≤ 0.2 cm-1 and stability 0.05 cm-1 when grating is static.
  • Spatial resolution of 1-2 μm depending on laser wavelength
