Dr Sao-Ee Goh is a Senior Teaching Fellow at the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University. He received his Bachelor (Physics) and Master of Science (Education Research Methodologies) from the University of Oxford and his Ph.D. degree (Teaching, Learning and Teacher Education) from the University of Pennsylvania. He is experienced in mixed and design-based implementation research methods. As a secondee from the Ministry of Education, Sao-Ee harnessed his experience in education research policy formulation and implementation in his current role as Academic Head of Strategic Education Research Planning for the Institute.
