CEE Mentor-meet-Mentee Networking Session

Last week, the CEE Industry Mentorship Programme Networking Session gathered mentors and mentees for a meaningful morning of connection and inspiration.

The session kicked off with a warm welcome address by Professor Chu Jian, Chair of the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE). This was followed by insightful sharing from our dedicated mentors.

This year, the CEE Industry Mentorship Programme continues to grow from strength to strength, bringing together 45 mentors and 66 mentees. 

Mentoring goes beyond providing guidance, it's a two-way street. While mentees gain invaluable career advice and professional training, mentors get fresh perspectives and the opportunity to give back to the next generation, cultivating a culture of paying it forward within the CEE family.
