Student Wellbeing and Support

As students embark on university life, the prospect of navigating a demanding schedule, adjusting to a new environment, making new friends, and grappling with different academic expectations can be intimidating. While many students successfully adapt and flourish, others may encounter challenges and feel overwhelmed.

We aim to establish safe spaces, combat stigma, develop leaders with purpose and cultivate understanding and empathy within the broader NBS community. Your contribution will play a crucial role in bolstering mental health, supplying resources for self-care, and advancing the overarching mission of cultivating a supportive and inclusive community at NBS.

Some key projects from our past efforts include Faculty Buddy System, Mental Health Awareness Programmes and Peer Tutoring Programme. Visit Student Wellbeing@NBS to find out more about our initiatives.
