The fees for ADM PhD programme (full-time and part-time) for students admitted in AY2023 are as shown below. All fees listed below are in Singapore dollars (S$) and are applicable for one academic year. Fees are reviewed and subject to revision ​annually:

*Service Obligation: An individual international student who chooses to pay fees at a subsidized rate will need to take up a 3-year service obligation. As part of the service obligation, the foreign student is required to work in Singapore-based companies upon graduation. Singapore-based companies refer to local companies and international companies that have a base in Singapore which is registered with the Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA). The duration of the service obligation is fixed at 3 years regardless of the duration of study at subsidized rates. Funding

The University provides research scholarships to candidates with outstanding academic records to enable them to pursue their PhD by research on a full-time basis. Applications for the awards open together with the application for admission.
