Registration Guidelines

​Kindly review the terms and conditions before proceeding with the registration.

1) Data Collection

Please read the NTU Personal Data Privacy Statement and Consent, accessible at the following hyperlink: https://www.ntu.edu.sg/ntu-privacy-statement. By proceeding with the registration process, inclusive of payment to complete the registration, you hereby confirm that you have read and understood the NTU Personal Data Privacy Statement and Consent. Ergo, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data in accordance with the terms outlined in the aforementioned Statement and Consent.

2) Registration

All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and excludes a Goods and Service Tax (GST) of 9%. All paid conference fees are non-refundable upon completion of payment. Evidence of payment made, in the form of a screenshot or bank remittance advice, should be emailed to mse-FAPS2025@ntu.edu.sg for verification.

·       Payment can only be made via Visa/MasterCard, PayNow, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the limitations placed on the available payment modes.

·       Applicants eligible for student rates must submit valid proof of status, for instance proof of enrolment or a valid student ID, emailed to mse-FAPS2025@ntu.edu.sg for verification. The Organizers of FAPS 2025 reserves the right to request for additional supporting documents to validate the applicant’s eligibility for student rates.

·       Responsibility for any and all bank charges incurred in making this payment are placed on the payee.

·       Travel and accommodation expenses are excluded from the registration fees.

·       Your registration will only be processed and confirmed upon confirmation of payment received.

·       The Organizers of FAPS 2025 will not facilitate claims to be made to your university, institute, or organization for reimbursement of any paid fees. Participants are responsible for the submission of any claims to their respective organizations directly.

·       The Organizers of FAPS 2025 reserves the right to deregister any participants who fail to comply after communication pertaining to registration, payment, abstract submission, and/or administrative matters. The decision made by the Organizers will be final.

Any corrections to the registration should be emailed to mse-FAPS2025@ntu.edu.sg immediately.

3) Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations in registration must be emailed to mse-FAPS2025@ntu.edu.sg with the subject line “CANCELLATION”, no later than 15 Nov 2025.

4)  Term Condition

All transactions are non-refundable upon successful payment.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

We invite you to submit your abstract under one of the listed symposiums.

  • Abstracts must be prepared using the provided template, following all specified guidelines, and submitted as a PDF.
  • Submissions must be made via the online submission portal before the deadline. The file size should not exceed 2MB.
  • An acknowledgment email will be sent to the submitting author’s email address, to be provided in the submitted abstract, upon successful submission.
  • Upon confirmation of abstract acceptance via email, submitting authors can proceed to register for the conference. Please ensure that all details in your registration and abstract submission match.
  • Conference registration and payment for registration under early-bird rates is mandatory for presenters of all accepted abstracts and must be completed by 15 Oct 2025.
  • Conference registration and payment for registration under standard rates will apply after 15 Oct 2025, and must be completed by 15 Nov 2025.
