Travel Award
To attract more female scientists in early career (from final year of PhD candidature up to 8 years after PhD) in academia, GLOW will provide financial support to the selected candidates for this conference. Apart from attending the conference for free, each award recipient will get some travel expenses support and also 4-night accommodation fully covered by GLOW. Each awardee will also be sharing her research through an oral presentation. Download the Travel Award application form and submit the required documents together with your abstract.

Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Abstracts must be prepared using the provided template, following all specified guidelines, and submitted as a word document.
- Submissions of file size not exceeding 2 MB must be made via the online submission portal before the deadline 30 April 2026 (23:59 GMT).
- An acknowledgment email will be sent to the presenter's email address provided in the online portal, upon successful submission.

Open to all researchers to submit their insightful research for poster presentation.
*Poster presentation are self-financed.

- An acknowledgment email will be sent to the presenter's email address provided in the online portal, upon successful submission.
- Upon confirmation of abstract acceptance via email ([email protected]), submitting authors can proceed to register for the conference. Please ensure that all details in your registration and abstract submission match.
- Conference registration and payment for registration is mandatory for presenters of all accepted abstracts and must be completed by 15 August 2026 (23:59 GMT).
