The School would like to congratulate the recipients of the CEE Awards 2025.
CEE Research Award 2025: Assistant Professor Yan Ran
This annual school level award was set up in 2019 to recognise faculty members’ research achievements. The Award Evaluation Committee has evaluated and selected the award winners based on the following criteria:
- Major research grants/Major international awards
- Outstanding publications in terms of quality and impact
- Significant research contribution at the university or school level

CEE Innovation Award 2025: Associate Professor Wu Wei
This annual school level award was set up in 2021 to recognise faculty members’ innovative initiatives/contributions. The Award Evaluation Committee has evaluated and selected the award winner based on the following criteria:
- Breakthrough idea, process, or technology
- Transformational potential or market-readiness through partnership with a commercial enterprise, licensing a patent, or by starting a company
- Societal or economic impact
- Innovation in education/pedagogy
