Strategy & Business Pillar (5 days) The Strategy and Business Pillar will sharpen your business acumen, strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, decision-making and teamwork through various case studies and learning activities, including a realistic business simulation. You will stay updated on digital disruption trends and learn to harness technology for greater efficiency, business innovation, and uncover new opportunities.
| Leadership Pillar (4 days) The Leadership Pillar will help to hone your skills in agility, change management, employee engagement, communication and negotiation. You will develop a greater sense of self and team awareness, leverage on the team’s collective strengths and inspire your co-workers to support organisational change and shared vision.

Participants may choose to attend the full 9-day programme in one intake or stagger the two pillars across different intakes. Each pillar can also be taken as a stand-alone course.
