Description
Our overarching goal is to perform advanced bioimaging analysis of plants to develop novel Agri-food technologies. This Bio-data science project emphasizes the quantitative analysis and
high-throughput processing of biological images, including various large-data of tissue and cell images about plant development and signaling, spanning from super-resolution nano-scale
to mesoscale. The bioimage analysis and processing will also collaborate with other computational approaches, including molecular dynamic simulation and machine-learning approach.
The researcher will explore frontier bioimaging data science and develop future smart-agriculture technologies.
