Completed FlexiMasters in Technopreneurship and Innovation
What inspired you to pursue the FlexiMasters course?
I was previously admitted to the MSc in Technopreneurship and Innovation in 2017 but declined the offer due to the programme fee. As I have always been interested in topics related to entrepreneurship, the FlexiMasters pathway provided a more affordable option with the SkillsFuture subsidies.
What made FlexiMasters your preferred choice over other upskilling pathways?
What did you aim to achieve from this programme?
The programme deepened my understanding of entrepreneurship and equipped me with practical tools to elevate my professional capabilities. Specifically, I hoped to broaden my knowledge in technopreneurship and innovation to better contribute to my leadership positions.
I also sought to expand my professional network by connecting with like-minded classmates and experienced instructors. Additionally, the course provides a foundation for future academic and professional pursuits, including a potential MSc. Overall, I see this course as a stepping stone toward both personal and professional growth.
What are you planning to pursue next?
I am currently pursuing a PhD in Management, which aligns with my professional expertise and contributes to my long-term goal of advancing circular economy practices in supply chain management. Additionally, I plan to deepen my expertise in sustainability management and entrepreneurship, leveraging opportunities such as the FlexiMasters programme and my PhD research to stay at the forefront of innovation in my field.
