A*STAR AME Individual Research Grant (IRG) 2019 – Associate Professor Liu Zheng

We are pleased to share that Associate Professor Liu Zheng has been awarded the A*STAR AME IRG in 2019 Grant Call. The project is entitled “Negative Capacitance Transistor for Flexible and Wearable Electronics”. 

About the grant
Under the Research, Innovation and Enterprise (RIE) 2020 Plan, the Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering (AME) domain aims to develop and strengthen technological capabilities to support continued growth and competitiveness of Singapore’s manufacturing and engineering sectors. The AME Individual Research Grants (IRG) seek to develop novel R&D ideas which are aligned to the AME strategies and goals. Grant applications are solicited through an investigator-led, ground-up mechanism across the research ecosystem.
