Complete Your Matriculation
One important step before your first semester begins.
Before the semester begins, all incoming NTU students are required to complete matriculation. This is the formal process of registering as an NTU student and gives you access to the University's systems and services.
By the time you're reading this, you should already have completed your matriculation. If you haven't, or you've encountered any issues during the process, we encourage you to resolve them as soon as possible so you're ready for the start of semester.
What is Matriculation?
Before the Semester Begins
Before the semester begins, you should have completed the following:
- Accepted your offer and retrieved your matriculation number and NTU network account credentials.
- Completed the required declarations, including the University's Code of Conduct and other compliance requirements.
- Verified your official name in the Acceptance Portal.
- Completed online matriculation using your NTU network account.
Common Pitfalls
Avoid Unnecessary Delays
To avoid unnecessary delays before the semester begins:
- Check your NTU email regularly for important announcements and updates.
- Refer to official NTU channels rather than relying on informal communication channels.
- Pay close attention to deadlines relating to course registration, housing applications, Leave of Absence (LOA), and other important administrative matters.
