Human-Robot Interaction (Phase 1)

Human-Robot Interaction (Phase 1)

The project "Human-Robot Interaction Phase 1" is supported by ASTAR through the National Robotics Program. The goal of this research project is to develop the enabling technologies for effective interactions between humans and robots. The NTU team in this project is led by Assoc Prof. Lin Zhiping. It is focusing on developing real-time face tracking algorithms for people with or without wearing face masks. The algorithms will be implemented in a robot and integrate with other parts in the project, such as speech signal processing and understanding. For more information, you may contact our professor Lin Zhiping.
