Registration Fees
ARCS charges registration fees based on a tiered fee system. The system is based on the registrant’s job status and residing country.
Please find the full list of countries classified under High Income (HIC), Upper Middle Income (UMIC), Lower Middle Income (LMIC) and Lower Income (LIC) here. For faculty members and PhD students, kindly note that the categorisation is based on your university affiliation, not your country of residence.
Early-bird sales end on 1 April 2026, after which standard registration rates will apply. Standard sales close on 1 June 2026.
