Research Brief
Zheng’s research examines how Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) is reshaping film and animation production. It focuses on creative workflows, production management, educational frameworks and AI-assisted content creation. Through the study of human–AI collaboration, the research investigates how generative technologies influence creative decision-making, professional competencies and large-scale media production. The goal is to develop sustainable frameworks for integrating AI into creative industries while addressing the opportunities and challenges of technological innovation in film, animation and digital media.
