Singapore’s housing prices and inflation outlook

Singapore’s housing market has once again entered the incubation period of a possible bubble. Authorities are considering cooling measures to prevent the market from further advancing into a bubble when the pandemic is under control and housing prices regain momentum. NTU economics Assoc Prof Yip Sau Leung gave an analysis on the theoretical basis of the housing market.
