Scientists discover clue to finding psychopaths 'who walk among us'

A recent study suggests that the brains of psychopaths differ from those of the general population, providing potential insights into identifying killers before they strike. The international team from NTU Singapore, the University of Pennsylvania, and California State University utilised MRI scans on 120 adults in the US for the study. Assoc Prof Olivia Choy, a neurocriminologist at NTU and co-author, said: "In addition to social environmental influences, it is important to consider that there can be differences in biology - in this case, the size of brain structures - between antisocial and non-antisocial individuals."
