This is a continuation of the last five steps of developing a business plan from the module “From Knowing to Discovering: Entrepreneurship Essentials”. It covers the concept of the business plan, with step-by-step guides in each session.

Dr Neo Kok Beng
Associate Professior (Adj) and Founder of Neo Aeronautics
Dr. Neo Kok Beng is an award-winning engineer, educator & entrepreneur specialising in technology innovation & commercialisation. He is a Fellow of the ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organisation, and served on the Singapore’s Engineering Accreditation Board. He is currently Director (Honorary) of the Nanjing’s Health Bio-informatics Research Institute, and a teaching member of the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Education Alliance of China (IEEAC).
He received the President’s Design Award, Prime Minister’s Community Award, US Veterans Affairs Innovation Initiative Award, Harvard Kennedy School Service Award， Global Entrepreneurship Winner (bizBarcelona) and NUS Innovation & Entrepreneurship Awards.He has been visiting/adjunct professors in leading global universities, including Harvard, Stanford, Tsinghua, Fudan, Indian School of Business, Karzan Federal, NUS, SUTD and SMU. He is also the 2019 Visiting Professor in Social Innovation & Entrepreneurship for United Nations Development Program (UNDP).
He is co-founder/Chairman/investors of deeptech ventures such as Medical Technology (AWAK, Breathonix, E3A, Roceso) and Engineering (BeeX, E2S2, TinyMOS, NEO Aeronautics, Fronka).
