The NTU Food Research ecosystem is a vibrant network of over 60 faculty members from various colleges, schools, and research centres in the university. By integrating expertise in food research across NTU, we aim to develop solutions that bring together technological innovations with the social dimensions and costs of real-world implementation. This ensures the translation of our research into effective outcomes across the areas of food production, sustainability, safety, nutrition, and health.
NTU-FRS works together with the Singapore Food Agency and A*STAR to promote and enhance food research. Our international partnership with the World Health Organisation (WHO) also underscores our commitment to ensure research breakthroughs benefit the global community.
