​Winners of the MOE AcRF Tier 2 Grant – February 2018 Grant Call

​We are pleased to share that the following faculty members have been awarded the MOE AcRF Tier 2 grant for their projects.

  • Prof Bo Liedberg: Optimized peptide designs for Salmonella detection in food: A proteomic approach
  • Assoc Prof Alex Yan Qingyu: From Oriented 2D Structures to Pellets for Advanced Thermoelectric Applications
  • Assoc Prof Ali Miserez: Bioactive Stem Cells Secretome-Enriched Hydrogels for Chronic Wound Healing
  • Assoc Prof Xue Can: Controlling hot electrons via plasmon coupling to enhance catalytic reactions
  • Assoc Prof Zhang Qichun: OFN as Molecular Barrier to Enhance Aromatic Fluorophores for Flexible OLEDs
     

About the grant
The MOE Academic Research Fund (AcRF) Tier 2 grant supports research in Singapore-based universities which have academic significance and demonstrate good potential for creating new knowledge which will in turn benefit the larger academic community. The research outcomes should also drive future studies, potentially leading to innovations and discoveries.
