​NTUitive Gap Fund (POC Grant) Winners - Profs Subbu Venkatraman, Joachim Loo and Terry Steele

We are pleased to share that the following faculty members have been awarded the NTUitive Gap Fund for the listed projects.  

  • Professor Subbu Venkatraman
    Project Title – NANOLIMUS: Sustained Sirolimus Delivery via Adventitial Infusion of Nanoparticles for Treatment of Peripheral Artery Disease

  • Associate Professor Joachim Loo
    Project Title – Stabilizing Dopamine Levels in Parkinson’s Disease through an Extended-releasing Oral Formulation: Bridging the gaps towards clinical trials

  • Assistant Professor Terry Steele
    Project Title – Aesthetic Applications of CaproGlu Bioadhesives

About the grant
The NTUitive Gap Fund (POC Grant) scheme provides funding for beyond Proof-Of-Concept development to researchers in NTU so as to facilitate the commercialisation of technology developed here. The grant is awarded through a competitive application process to support projects which are technically sound and commercially viable. The grant goes towards supporting the developmental cost in building a fully functional prototype.
