​MOE AcRF Tier 2 Grant - Profs Chen Xiaodong, Liu Zheng and Alex Yan Qingyu

We are pleased to share that Professor Chen Xiaodong, Associate Professor Alex Yan Qingyu and Nanyang Assistant Professor Liu Zheng have been awarded the MOE AcRF Tier 2 grant for the following projects:

  • Prof Chen Xiaodong: Somatosensory Neuron Inspired Devices for Robotic Tactual Perception
  • Prof Liu Zheng: 2D Negative Capacitance Tunnelling FET for Logic and Memory Application
  • Prof Yan Qingyu: FET Catalytic Devices for Efficient Hydrogen Production

About the grant
The MOE Academic Research Fund (AcRF) Tier 2 grant supports research in Singapore-based universities that have academic significance and a good potential for creating new knowledge that will benefit the larger academic community. The research outcomes should also drive future research, potentially leading to innovations and discoveries.
