NTU MSE Seminar Hosted by Prof Cho Nam-Joon
Abstract
The seminar will also consider how transparent methods, appropriate reporting, and responsible management of data, code and research materials support the reliability and reproducibility of published research. Singaporean research-integrity and open-access expectations will be discussed, alongside authorship, conflicts of interest, textual and image overlap, and responsible use of generative AI in research and manuscript preparation.
Participants will leave with practical checklists for journal selection, manuscript readiness, reproducibility and revision, together with an example response-to-reviewers structure and guidance on generative-AI disclosure.
