MAE team wins at 3M Inspire Challenge 2022

Congratulations to our student, Muhammad Kurniawan Bin Ismail, to get First Runner-Up at the Singapore leg of the 3M Inspire Challenge 2022, from the School of MAE!

3M Inspire Challenge 2022 is a challenge of where students coming up with innovative ideas to create a more positive world in the areas of sustainable materials, a new paradigm for a pandemic-aware world and equity through science and technology.

He shares that:
"I believe that diverse educational backgrounds and perspectives can spark creativity and drive innovation, as I was working with SMU students who are pursuing Non-STEM courses.

Last but not least, I'd like to include the team's motto, which is to always be part of the solution rather than the pollution."
