​MAE Alumni’s Thesis Published in Springer Theses Book Series

MAE Alumni Dr Sing Swee Leong's thesis is now published as part of the springer theses book series. His thesis describes how to use selective laser melting to form TiTa.

More about Dr Sing Swee Leong:

Dr Sing See Leong obtained his PhD in Mechanical Engineering, in 2016 from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. His doctoral thesis focuses on laser based powder bed fusion processing of a novel titanium alloy for medical applications. The doctoral thesis and related research is awarded the Best PhD Thesis Award in 2017 by the School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore as well as Springer Theses Award from Springer Nature, Germany.
