Today, higher education is experiencing a shift towards learners with agency and greater self-determination. At this conference, we aim to explore the developments of such practice and its implications for teaching and learning to students of such profile; how faculty roles and educational strategies can effectively enable learner capacity towards adaptation for managing complexities, change and lifelong learning in a university and into the professional environment.
