Russian Ambassador Talk

2016 was a special year for Russia – Singapore relations, as it was marked by increased high-level exchanges that produced key guidelines and identified key areas for further cooperation. Our countries are moving towards the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations, in June 2018, with a wealth of political and parliamentary ties, promising joint trade and investment projects, and strong intention to expand mutually beneficial collaboration in the fields of innovation, science, education, culture and tourism. This special relationship between the two countries opens increasing economic and educational opportunities in Russian multinational companies and universities for students and graduates of Singaporean tertiary institutions.
