NBS Signs Partnership with FEB UI’s Lembaga Management to Advance Executive Education Collaboration

Nanyang Business School (NBS) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Lembaga Management (LM FEB UI), the management consulting and executive training institute within the Faculty of Economics and Business at University of Indonesia (FEB UI).

The MOU, which covers collaboration in executive education and other mutually beneficial activities over a three-year period, was signed on 8 May 2026 at the FEB UI campus in Depok.

Don Willis, Assistant Dean of Nanyang Executive Education at NBS, signed the agreement on behalf of NBS, while Dr. Yasmine Nasution, Managing Director of Lembaga Management, signed on behalf of LM FEB UI. The signing was witnessed by Prof. Jun Yang, Dean of NBS, and Prof. Dr. Irwan Adi Ekaputra, Vice Dean of FEB UI.

A partnership rooted in applied business impact

Lembaga Management was established in 1963 as a continuation of a Ford Foundation-sponsored Executive Development Program at the University of Indonesia. Over six decades, it has grown into one of Indonesia’s most established management institutes, serving both public and private sector organisations through consulting, training, and assessment.

The partnership brings together two institutions with a shared commitment to developing business leaders. NBS, consistently ranked among the world’s top business schools, offers a comprehensive portfolio of executive education programmes through Nanyang Executive Education. Lembaga Management serves a parallel role within FEB UI’s ecosystem, delivering executive development and management consulting across Indonesia.

Scope of collaboration

Under the MOU, NBS and Lembaga Management will explore joint initiatives in executive education, including immersion programmes, delivery of NBS FlexiMasters at LM FEB UI, and joint customised programmes for Indonesian corporates.

The signing follows a series of discussions between NBS and FEB UI leadership since early 2026, exploring a broad range of potential collaboration areas across executive education and beyond.

Strengthening NBS’s executive education presence in Southeast Asia

Indonesia is Southeast Asia’s largest economy and a priority market for NBS’s regional engagement strategy. The partnership with LM FEB UI adds a dedicated executive education dimension to NTU’s existing institutional relationships in Indonesia, which include the RI-SING University Network and the INSTEP Master’s scholarship programme.
