Launch of PACE in cinemas on 8th October
We’re proud to celebrate ADM alumnus and filmmaker Jonathan Choo, whose latest feature film, Pace (脚踏实地), is now showing in Singapore cinemas.
The Singaporean drama follows Malcolm, a 40-year-old man seeking a fresh start after prison. Inspired by his late brother’s passion for running, he takes on the challenge of training for a marathon, while confronting family expectations, social judgement and his own struggles with self-worth.
Written and directed by Jonathan, Pace is a story about finding your footing and moving forward, one step at a time. The film’s cinematography is by fellow ADM alumna Rachel Liew, with Associate Producer Gerard Nagulendran and Casting Director Eliza Danielle Goh also among the film’s ADM alumni, bringing together the creative work of four ADM alumni on screen.
Catch Pace in cinemas at Golden Village.
